My Approach
A Relational Framework
We heal in connection. My approach emphasizes the importance of our therapeutic relationship.
Emphasizing Your Strengths
We'll build on the resources you already have, leaning into your natural capacity for growth, resilience, and connection.
Establishing The Foundation
My approach is primarily relational and psychodynamic, focusing on how your past experiences shape your present patterns and emphasizing the healing power of our therapeutic relationship.
We'll work together to explore underlying themes, build emotional awareness, and develop new perspectives, with a shared commitment to your well-being and a pace that feels right for you.
